Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We offer refunds strictly if the below apply:

  • If a customer bought 2 tickets by mistake, one will be refunded if notified within 24-hours
  • If due to unforeseen circumstances roads to the venue have been blocked or access has been restricted

For other cases, we offer a rescheduling option, where:

  • If notified before at least 2 days of the workshop, the customer will have a free-rescheduling option to any of our other workshops within the same amount, this can be done once only per ticket
  • If notified before less than 2 days, up until 4 hours. before the workshop, you'll get half of the amount redeemable in a code you can use in your future workshop bookings

No refund nor rescheduling is acceptable after 4 hours before the workshop.
